2000 Larsen Drive Camino, California (84.3 km SSW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / rattling, vibrating / 10-15 s : The walls and floor shook a little bit. I was on my bed and felt it shaking under me. My pictures and dresser mirror visibly vibrated and rattled. There was a faint, low rumbling noise. My dog didn’t like it and started barking. It lasted about 10-15 seconds. | 4 users found this interesting.

Foresthill Ca. / Moderate shaking (MMI V) / both vertical and horizontal swinging / 2-5 s : I felt the initial shock coming from the direction of Truckee down towards Forest Hill it was a sideways movement then the house started going up and down and my cabinets are lower at one end then they are on the other end it lasted for about 5 Seconds and it felt like a recording in my earthquake meter it was a 5 but they said a 4.7 so maybe I have to recalibrate my phone’s earthquake calculator

I heard our floor creek and my chair slightly move. I thought it was him. I came in and started checking to see if there was a quake. When I saw this report that there was an earthquake, that’s when he told me what he had experienced.
